Okay I have started my "Recipe of the Month." Do you see it on the side? My goal is to put a new and easy recipe each month so that those of you who are like me and need a little variety in your life, can use them too. Enjoy!!

What a great idea! I LOVE new recipes and am always looking for something new to try. We're trying yours tonight (it smells yummy). I think I'll copy your monthly recipe idea if that's okay and start posting some of our favorites too!
