This morning I woke up knowing it was going to be a busy day. Tax season is in full swing and the work is piling up. I was late, as usual, and didn't have a lot of time. I pulled out my egg cooker, put water and eggs in it and then did my hair and makeup. By the time I was done, I had a warm healthy breakfast of pouched eggs waiting for me. I then took out my crockpot and threw in some meat for dinner. When I got home late tonight, as usual, our dinner was all ready. I don't know how any working mom survives without crockpot meals. Without these two tools, I think we would survive on macaroni and cheese, which would be just fine with Kaylee!

Yum. That egg poacher sounds awesome! (Where do I find such an amazing modern convenience?) I'm not a working mom and I LOVE the crockpot. It's a life saver. Plus, it's nice because dinner is ready and there's no mess; you eat and load the dishes and wah la!
Ugh. How are you managing being a new mom and doing taxes? You really are superwoman.
I set out to Target the other day to buy myself one of those egg cookers, but I couldn't find one there. I 'm wishing I had one every morning when I think of what I want for breakfast. I guess I need to go to Bed Bath and Beyond or someplace like that.
Everyone needs an egg cooker. Dianne bought be mine a few years ago and I LOVE it. I bought one for Grandma Peck last year at Fred Meyer but I know Bed, Bath , and Beyond has them. It is a great buy!!
