New swing set

We bought this swing set last Saturday and we worked on it for 6 hours that day. We have worked on it every night since and finally finished it on Thursday. It has been a hit. Unfortunately, we can't seem to keep the neighbor kids out of our backyard now. Oh well, Kaylee is in awe of all of her new "friends."

Camping for the night

Jeff came home last Friday night and announced that he and Kaylee were going to sleep in the tent. They worked together to set it up and then Jeff took out the travel DVD player so that they could watch a movie and eat popcorn. Kaylee had so much fun. She slept out there all night and even slept in until 8:30 the next morning, which is rare for her. She has the best Daddy in the whole world!

We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo

We went to the Hoogle Zoo in Salt Lake City this weekend. Kaylee really enjoyed seeing all the animals. She would call to them and then laughed if they looked and would say, "They really like me. The animals really like me!" Jeff and I would smile and say yep they sure do. We didn't take a stroller for Kaylee. She walked (ran) the whole way around the zoo and wasn't even tired. I can't say the same for mom and dad.

Tea Party!!

Kaylee and I received an invitation to attend a tea party at a friend's house. There was a table set with a fuzzy hat and purse on it. We painted each other's finger nails and then had a tea party with sandwiches, cheese cubes, cookies, and ho-ho's. We had so much fun as you can see.
